Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE RETURNS AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
1 - BB srl Muba Gioielli will reimburse the full cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative invoice. All items are shipped with a label attached to the product. Returns and exchanges of these items will be accepted only if the label remains intact and attached to the product, and the above return instructions will be correctly followed. Refunds will be made with the same payment method as for the purchase. The purchased goods can be returned within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Products purchased online cannot be refunded if the above conditions do not exist. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
2 - The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; in addition to the customs fees that will be deducted in this way,  any cost incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable. BB Srl Muba Gioielli reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements.
3 - BB Srl Muba Gioielli will undertake to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written order for cancellation and return of the product pursuant to the previous point. BB Srl Muba Gioielli will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.
4 - It is recommended to send the Products to be returned using an insured courier in order to trace the shipment.
BB Srl Muba Gioielli will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation for those returned products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.
5 - Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products, without prejudice to the provisions of point  following.
6 - To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following address Via Torello Da Strada 7/9, 50027 Strada in Chianti Firenze, a written communication, with return receipt, containing:
the manifestation of the will to make use of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005;
the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal;
the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
data relating to the customer's bank account.
